For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth at this cozy homestay. The room was clean, smelled amazing, and the air conditioning worked like a charm. The location was convenient, with easy access to Grab cars for pick up and drop off. The staff, especially May and her family, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The host was incredibly welcoming and greeted us with a warm smile upon our arrival. The family who lives here is lovely, and their adorable pets provided lots of cuddles. The room was spacious, and the AC worked great. We had the freedom to come and go as we pleased, and the owner even gave us a copy of the house key. The location is perfect, as it is close to the southern bus terminal and in a quiet area, while still being near the city center. The WiFi at this place was mind-blowing, with two routers providing over 200mbps! It was a perfect base for digital nomads. The owner was incredibly kind and even offered me delicious chicken and Spanish bread. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The best part was the fantastic host, who was helpful, polite, and a lovely person, treating me like a good mother would. The breakfast was excellent, and I loved that they offered free water refills to save the world from plastic death. The laundry service was of much better quality than commercial ones. The house was safely located behind a guarded gate. It was also incredibly easy to use Grab cars for pickup and dropoff at the security gate. The room had great AC, and I appreciated the freedom to come and go as I pleased, with a copy of the key provided. The family living there was respectful, and quiet hours were observed. It truly felt like a home, with super friendly people who greeted me with smiles and made me feel welcomed. May asked me if I wanted coffee every morning, and I enjoyed the warm welcome back every time I returned to the house. I absolutely loved my stay and would 100% choose to stay here again if I ever come back to this city.

Breakfast was divine, tasted like a Michelin-star meal! Parking and room service were handy. Shared lounge was cozy, felt like a fancy living room.
Who needs a clean kitchen anyway? The mess added a touch of rustic charm, like an avant-garde art installation.

Great place to stay during Christmas. Enjoyed the cute cats and the location, although hard to find, was okay. The family was welcoming and provided a great breakfast. The Wi-fi was also excellent, one of the best I've had in the Philippines.
The room had no window light and the shared toilet was not always the cleanest. However, the overall experience was positive and there was nothing I didn't like about the property.
